Pay talks get under way at Trinity this week as part of the wider discussions on a new salary grading structure. These negotiations are specifically for Scottish titles with the distribution of the company offer up for discussion between the National organiser and HR senior managers.
The Daily Record & Sunday Mail chapel have been arguing for outstanding pay anomalies to be dealt with and the new structure is aimed at dealing with that in a more permanent fashion. However it may require an interim deal this time around.
The weekly chapels are looking for enhancement of their long standing incremental grades as part of their house agreement.
