“Wicked topical musical comedy from the political parody specialists, singing truth to power for the eighth year at the Fringe with an all-new set targeting parliamentarians and prelates, neocons and nationalists, Tories, tabloids and (of course!) Trump. ‘The one show that promises to dish out the abuse to all sides in equal measures’ (Scotsman). ‘Peerless lampooners… like HIGNFY set to music’ Highly Recommended ( ‘Ruthlessly funny’ **** (ThreeWeeks). ‘Subtle and witty songs pricking the pomposity of the political scene’ (Scotland on Sunday).”

NUJ Extra is the charity for the National Union of Journalists (NUJ). NUJ Extra helps NUJ members who have fallen on hard times by giving them one-off grants to get back on their feet.

Journalist Vic Rodrick, who performs Playing Politics with Annie Gunner Logan, says NUJ Extra is a charity close to his heart after he received help when off work for several months following a heart operation.

The money raised through tickets and on the night will go to NUJ Extra, with 25% of the total funds going toward the George Viner Memorial Fund which provides scholarships for black student journalists.

Please spread the word and come along.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
